This Privacy Policy describes how Luminous Productions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through REPhotoFlow (the "Service"), our real estate photography booking and delivery platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
• Property information (property address, access notes, square footage, listing details)
• Payment information, processed securely through Stripe and/or Square — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
• Media you upload or that is delivered to you (photos, video, floor plans, documents)
• Booking details (dates, times, service selections, special instructions)
• Communications with us, including support requests

We also collect certain information automatically, such as device/browser information and usage data through product analytics tooling (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, dispatch, and fulfill photography bookings
• Process payments, deposits, credit purchases, and photographer payouts
• Deliver photos, video, floor plans, and other media to you
• Provide AI-assisted editing features (virtual staging, sky replacement, object removal)
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and calendar invites
• Send SMS notifications related to your booking (where you have provided a phone number)
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the Service, including through product analytics
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third-party service providers ("processors") only as needed to operate the Service, including:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe and Square — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, calendar invites, receipts)
• Twilio — SMS notifications
• Google — calendar sync for scheduling photographer shoots
• Dropbox — media storage and delivery integration
• Anthropic (Claude) and Google Gemini — AI-assisted photo editing and content features

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and only for the purposes we authorize. We may also disclose information: to comply with legal obligations; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Luminous Productions, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you).

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the Service (authentication sessions, booking flow state). We are also adding product analytics (PostHog) to help us understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not sold to third parties. Where required by law, we will provide a cookie/consent notice and honor applicable opt-out mechanisms.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and payment records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Delivered media associated with a completed order is generally retained to allow re-download, unless you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., payment/tax records)
• Export a copy of your data — available directly from your account settings, which generates a structured export of your account, booking, and order information
• Opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, row-level security policies restricting data access by organization, and restricted admin access to sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. GDPR / CCPA

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with applicable privacy legislation (such as California), you may have additional rights, including the right to access, delete, correct, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Our legal basis for processing your information includes performance of a contract (fulfilling your booking), our legitimate business interests (operating and improving the Service), and your consent where applicable. 9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
